"I Dressed For The Occasion, This Is My Cleanest Shirt." Unfashionable Tee

A T-shirt for the fashionably unfashionable!  This 100% cotton T-shirt is made with US-grown, ring-spun cotton.  Ring spinning results in a softer yarn that gets even more comfortable as you wear it and wash it.  The shirt's double-needle stitching throughout makes it highly durable, while the lack of side-seams helps the shirt retain its comfortable tubular shape.

At Botany we genuinely care about the environment, so this shirt is made using 100% US cotton that is ethically grown and harvested by growers belonging to the US Cotton Trust Protocol which ensures ethical and sustainable production.  Six key sustainability metrics are taken in to account:  land use, soil carbon, water management, soil loss, greenhouse gas emissions, and energy efficiency.   

Environmental responsibility is also taken into consideration in the dye process.  Garments are pigment dyed after being sewn which reduces waste.  The pigment method also uses approximately 3x less water and up to 40% less energy than than the standard dye process.
